Product Manager

We’re Webelinx Games - an independent mobile studio that creates original games from scratch, bringing ideas to life and delivering them to players’ screens around the world! All of this is made possible by our open-minded, creative, and passionate team.

Joining our team means engaging in a lot of brainstorming, interpreting data to make informed decisions, participating in feedback loops, communicating transparently, and continuously learning from our players.

We’re currently developing two games - Rooms & Exits and Escape Time. As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the roadmap and long-term vision of one of the games, ensuring we deliver an exceptional gaming experience that keeps players coming back for more.

At the start line:

• Create a clear vision and guide the roadmap to deliver the game to the right players worldwide

• Propose and prioritize features based on business objectives, player feedback, and data insights, with the goal of maximizing value and return on investment

• Align gameplay direction with market trends, user insights, and company goals to stay relevant and competitive

• Keep players coming back—plan live ops, in-game events, and seasonal updates that spark excitement

• Inspire cross-functional teams, aligning their efforts with the product vision and ensuring they’re united in creating a compelling game experience

• Create and monitor A/B tests to refine features and monetization strategies

Somewhere along the way:

• Provide strategic insights into game and business model design, using data analysis, competitor research, and industry best practices to guide development

• Develop data-driven business cases to guide game decisions, demonstrating the impact of insights on key metrics

What we’re looking for

Experienced Product Manager: Experience in development of games or digital products for customers, with an understanding of the different stages of a project.

Interest for (mobile) Gaming: Genuine curiosity about games and gaming industry.

Strong Analytical Skills: Solid grasp of data and analytics with data interpretation and experience in making data-driven decisions for product development.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Always on the lookout to solve customers’ problems, committed to delivering top-notch experiences.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

This position is preferably located with the rest of our team in Niš, but it could also be remote.
