Job Description
As a Product Manager for Gojek's Fulfillment platform, you'll define the product vision, set strategic objectives, and execute on a plan to grow the Fulfillment business. This role involves collaborating across departments, liaising with business and regional teams, and coordinating with other product teams. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, writing specifications, creating wireframes, and demonstrating prototypes. You'll need to conceptualize adaptable solutions, clarify requirements for developers and stakeholders, define go-to-market strategies, analyze feature adoption and impact using data to solve merchant pain points, and build strong stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong analytical and strategic planning skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work with agile teams.

About the Role
As a Product Manager for the Fulfillment platform at Gojek, you will be at the forefront of crafting the product's vision, setting strategic objectives and timelines, and steering the realization of this vision with a focus on growing the Fulfillment business, in alignment with the company's goals. Collaborating extensively across various departments, you will liaise with business and region teams and coordinate with other product teams connected to the Fulfillment team.
What Will You Do
- Deliver. You do more than talk - you put things on paper, get your hands dirty, and execute with precision to make sure products and features are launched
- Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and demo them early and often
- Understand that “one size doesn’t fit all” and conceptualize solutions that are configurable and adaptable to the maximum extent possible
- Giving clarity to the product development group and stakeholders on the requirement and the impact of each feature as well as the go-to-market strategy to ensure adoption of the features.
- Using data to analyze each feature's adoption and impact, while improving the features to solve merchants' pain points.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their goals and priorities. Then, work with them to help them turn these goals into reality.
- Define, prioritize, and plan the product features that must be implemented, through alignment with all stakeholders.
What You Will Need
- At least 2 years of total experience, with 1-2 years experience in data, business, tech, or product
- Critical and analytical thinking ability
- Experience working on Objectives and Key results model of goal setting
- Data-oriented with excellent analytical skills; Able to dig into data to discover nuances, and define & measure success on every project. Prior experience with experimentation is a strong plus
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills focused on improving collaboration, understanding & information exchange across all stakeholders
- Be able to work with agile product development teams and identify new ways to help your team be productive. Experience working with distributed teams is desired
- Fluency in written and verbal English
