Job Description

1. Responsible for the overall planning and design of enterprise B-end information platform infrastructure, including the functional module design of basic support systems such as application platforms, data middleware, and low-code platforms. Output business flowcharts, prototypes, and PRD documents. Lead the entire process from demand (requirements gathering) to launch, continuously promote platform architecture optimization and performance improvement, and be responsible for the stability and scalability of the platform infrastructure.

2. Deeply understand the underlying information requirements of enterprise functional business lines, identify pain points in how platform infrastructure supports efficient business operations, and transform business demands for underlying architecture into platform-based solutions.

3. Collaborate deeply with the R&D team. Based on an understanding of the technical architecture, clearly communicate the technical implementation requirements and business value of the platform infrastructure, promote the development and implementation of infrastructure, improve R&D collaboration efficiency, and ensure the platform supports the rapid construction and iteration of business systems as planned.

4. Pay attention to industry frontier technologies and best practices in the field of platform infrastructure, integrate innovative technologies and architectural concepts into platform design, and provide forward-looking planning suggestions for enterprise information infrastructure construction.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in B-end product design and project coordination, including product design experience related to platform infrastructure, technical middleware, or enterprise-level underlying systems.

2. Proficient in product design tools such as Axure and Sketch, with excellent document writing and prototype design capabilities.

3. Possess solid technical understanding and platform thinking, capable of extracting underlying architectural logic from business requirements, designing platform infrastructure solutions that align with the enterprise's long-term development, and promoting the efficient reuse of technical resources.

4. At least possess project experience in any one of the following areas: technical middleware, data middleware, or low-code platforms. Experience with underlying support for multiple business systems is preferred.

5. Programming development experience is preferred. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or technical architectures such as microservices and distributed systems, and the ability to communicate deeply with the R&D team on technical implementation solutions.
