eBay awaits brave Future eBayer who are proactive, creative, and constantly challenging.
eBay Japan operates Qoo10.jp, the fastest-growing online open market in Japan. Qoo10.jp has been selected as the most beloved shopping app by trend-sensitive Gen-Z customers in Japan, primarily focusing on beauty and fashion categories. It also supports the global e-commerce business expansion and success of eBay.com, a global online open market.
We are looking for individuals who want to grow with eBay, a global company that enables everyone to enjoy shopping, selling, and donating through an innovative platform that transcends the boundaries of e-commerce.
The Product Manager (UX) leads the entire product process for Qoo10.jp services, from planning to launch and operation. They enhance existing services and launch new ones through data-driven decision-making to provide an improved customer experience. In particular, they lead projects related to K-Culture (K-beauty, K-pop, etc.), which are most preferred by Japanese Gen-Z customers, and collaborate with relevant teams (sales, marketing, etc.) to coordinate complex requirements and successfully integrate them into the platform to create new shopping experiences. They also provide direction and solutions as a Tech advisor to junior team members.
