This role within the Lending Product Operations team is for an Assistant Manager to maintain high-quality financial/lending products. Responsibilities include analyzing product flows, monitoring disbursement funnels, building improvements in metrics, monitoring and rectifying failures in loan servicing flows across lenders, and developing streamlined business processes. The role also involves cross-departmental collaboration with Business, Lender, Product, and Technology teams to troubleshoot API integrations, improve customer experience by working with support teams, and collect/analyze data for decision-making. Establishing and promoting internal best practices is also key. The candidate should understand different technology platforms, work with solution architects/engineering leads, write detailed product requirement documents, and manage roadmaps. The ability to influence multiple stakeholders and manage technical roadblocks is crucial.
Must have:
- Product Ops or analytical role experience
- Hands-on experience in banking and financial processes
- Deep understanding of Loan Management System (LMS) Platform(s)
- Knowledge of Fintech/ BFSI/ Lending domain
- Minimum 4-5 years in product ops / Lending Ops
- Solutions oriented
- Excellent communication skills

About the role:Are you someone who loves to scale products and also gets curious about the technology stack being used? We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be part of our Lending Product Operations team to enable the maintenance of high-quality financial/lending products in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment.
Expectation:Working closely with Product managers/ Business stakeholders to analyze product flows, keep track and monitor disbursement funnels in customer journeys and build improvements in metrics.
Monitoring all LMS servicing flows across various lenders through control and exception reports for possible failures and rectifying the same quickly.
Cross-departmental collaboration: Foster collaboration between Business, Lender, Product and Technology teams to troubleshoot for issues in API integrations.
Customer experience: Work with CST and MHD support teams to improve the customer experience to quickly resolve any issuesCollect, organize, and analyze data to help Business and product management make decisions
Best practices: Establish internal best practices and promote them throughout the organization
Ability to understand different technology platforms, their features and be able to work with solution architects/engineering leads and write detailed product requirement documents, manage future roadmaps and deliverables
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders / senior management / cross-functional teams to influence them for quicker decisions, manage sudden technical roadblocks and be able to clear them
