Electronic Arts is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage local operations and wellbeing initiatives at the FC Southam Studio. Must Have
- Plan, organise and support events and celebrations onsite and across locations
- Manage expenses, research vendors, conduct negotiations and handle invoices
- Partner with other Production Coordinators to arrange swag delivery and distribution
- Coordinate and support the successful onboarding of new team members
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to organise Franchise and Leadership Team visits
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as handling facilities, seating plans and IT requests
- Comfortable working with a diverse group of people
- Relevant experience organising events and managing the logistics associated with those
- Able to manage and prioritise requests promptly

We're looking for a Production Coordinator who will manage the local operations and wellbeing initiatives in the FC Southam Studio. You will have ownership of the FC office's logistical coordination and studio activities which contribute to team engagement and wellbeing. You will report to the Development Director Site Lead.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to join the gaming industry with some experience in event management or workplace management. There will be opportunities to develop and make your mark in a vibrant office environment.
This role is hybrid based at our office and is a 12 month temporary contract. We are unable to provide immigration or relocation support.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and support events and celebrations onsite and across locations
- Manage expenses, research vendors and conduct negotiations and handle invoices
- Partner with other Production Coordinators to arrange swag delivery and distribution
- Coordinate and support the successful onboarding of new team members
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to organise Franchise and Leadership Team visits (reserving meeting rooms, booking restaurants, ordering meals)
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as handling facilities, seating plans and IT requests
Qualifications
- Comfortable working with a diverse group of people
- Relevant experience organising events and managing the logistics associated with those
- Able to manage and prioritise requests promptly
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
