Job Description

Haleon is seeking a Production Leader focused on Continuous Improvement & Operational Efficiency. The role involves supervising and coordinating the production line operations team to ensure adherence to safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity standards. The leader will drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and implement good manufacturing practices. Responsibilities include executing daily production plans, coordinating with support areas, supervising and developing the team, managing efficiency indicators (OEE, maintenance, quality), and leading multidisciplinary teams in improvement projects.
Must have:
  • University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production line supervision.
  • At least 1 year of experience in production line leadership roles.
  • Solid knowledge of continuous improvement tools (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Proficiency in performance indicators (OEE, scrap, micro-stops).
  • Experience with IT tools and management systems (SAP, Power BI is a plus).
  • Full-time availability for on-site work, Monday to Friday.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (GMP).
  • Availability for potential shift rotation.

Líder de Producción – Mejora Continua & Eficiencia Operativa

 

Propósito del Puesto:

Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de operación de las líneas productivas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad, eficiencia y productividad. Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios con un enfoque en la mejora continua, la excelencia operativa y la implementación de buenas prácticas de manufactura.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Asegurar la ejecución eficiente de los planes de producción diarios, cumpliendo con los objetivos de volumen y eficiencia, manteniendo siempre los estándares de seguridad y calidad.

  • Coordinar con las áreas de soporte (Calidad, Mantenimiento, Ingeniería, Logística, etc.) para garantizar la correcta implementación de los planes de producción.

  • Supervisar al equipo, fomentando una cultura de seguridad, calidad, orden y mejora continua.

  • Evaluar y desarrollar las habilidades del equipo, asegurando que cuenten con los recursos, conocimientos y competencias necesarios para cumplir con las expectativas.

  • Crear y mantener un ambiente que refleje la cultura de la compañía.

  • Gestionar indicadores de eficiencia (OEE, mantenimiento autónomo (CILT), calidad), coordinando acciones correctivas y preventivas para mejorar el rendimiento del sector e identificar oportunidades de mejora.

  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios en proyectos de mejora continua, aplicando herramientas para la reducción de pérdidas y el aumento de la eficiencia.

Requisitos del Puesto:

·       Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Química o afines.

·       Experiencia mínima de 3 años en supervisión de líneas productivas en industrias manufactureras de producción de consumo masivo/farmaceútico/similares.

·       Experiencia de al menos 1 año en roles de liderazgo en líneas de producción, con habilidades de comunicación efectiva y gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios.

·       Conocimientos sólidos en herramientas de mejora continua (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, BDA, 5S).

·       Dominio de indicadores de performance (OEE, scrap, microparadas, eficiencia).

·       Manejo de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión (SAP, Power BI deseable).

·       Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial de lunes a viernes en el turno asignado, el cual podrá ser:

→ Turno Mañana: lunes a viernes de 06 a 15hs.

→ Turno Tarde: lunes a viernes de 14 a 23hs.

→ Turno Noche: lunes a viernes de 22 a 07hs.

Requisitos deseables:

·       Conocimientos en sistemas de gestión de calidad (GMP).

·       Disponibilidad para eventualmente rotar los turnos de trabajo (no excluyente).
