Job Summary

Join our team as a Shift Supervisor and help drive safe, reliable, and efficient chemical plant operations. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead a team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations during your shift. You’ll support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), production, and maintenance activities by guiding your team, improving processes, and helping build a high-performing work environment.

Must Have

  • Lead shift teams to meet safety, environmental, and production goals
  • Act as Incident Commander during emergencies
  • Monitor performance indicators and optimize processes
  • Ensure procedures are followed and updated
  • Coach and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture
  • Participate in root cause analysis and reliability reviews
  • Support continuous improvement and plant optimization
  • Perform technician duties when needed
  • Identify training needs and support development initiatives

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead a team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations during your shift. You’ll support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), production, and maintenance activities by guiding your team, improving processes, and helping build a high-performing work environment.

  • Lead shift teams to meet safety, environmental, and production goals
  • Act as Incident Commander during emergencies
  • Monitor performance indicators and optimize processes
  • Ensure procedures are followed and updated

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 per year

Shift Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm MST

Preferred Skills

  • 5+ years in chemical plant operations
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Problem-solving skills to improve plant performance
  • Experience with SAP maintenance systems
  • Knowledge of PSM and RCMS is a plus
