Your role as a program coordinator managing various tasks to support the Technical Program Manager for their daily work. This typically involves ensuring team members can collaborate, work efficiently, and have the necessary tools to meet upcoming deadlines
You will report to the head of program management in Feidi.
– 0–5 years of manufacturing or industrial-related experience (candidates without experience but with relevant academic background will also be considered)
– Excellent written communication skills in both English and Chinese
– Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets)
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
– 1–5 years of hands-on program management skillset or manufacturing background is preferred.
– Fluent English speaking is preferred
– Familiarity with sales tools such as ERP, Jira, NetSuite systems
