Job Description

As a Project Manager for Risk and Quality, you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement, efficiency, and process harmonization projects. You will be involved in projects impacting the entire department, particularly in customer service for health/welfare. You will be expected to frame and deploy projects related to customer satisfaction and process efficiency. You will also be involved in drafting project documentation, analyzing risks, participating in service quality improvement, deploying action plans, managing ISO 9001, participating in internal control, contributing to change management, and reporting project progress. This role offers a chance to develop your potential through development opportunities.
Must have:
  • Bac +5 education and 3-5 years experience in continuous improvement.
  • Project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including Macros).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in customer relationship management techniques in insurance.

Nous recherchons un nouveau talent pour rejoindre notre équipe Qualité au sein de Marsh McLennan. Ce poste est basé à La Défense. Il s'agit d'un poste en CDD. 

Au sein de l’équipe Pilotage des Risques et de la Qualité au sein de la Direction de l’Engagement Client, vous êtes en charge de piloter des projets d’amélioration continue, d’efficience et d’harmonisation des processus, dans une logique de performance et de conformité des opérations.

Vous intervenez sur des projets impactants pour l’ensemble de la Direction et en particulier pour le Service aux clients en santé/prévoyance.

Nous comptons sur vous pour :

  • Cadrer et déployer des projets relatifs à la Satisfaction du client, à la simplification du fonctionnement du service Client et à l’efficience des processus en Santé et Prévoyance ;

  • Rédiger la documentation inhérente aux projets ;

  • Avoir une bonne vision de bout-en-bout des impacts (analyse des risques tant sur le process, les outils, que la satisfaction client...) de ses projets ;

  • Participer à l’amélioration de la qualité de service au travers le déploiement et le pilotage de plan d’actions et la gestion de l’ISO 9001.

  • Participer au déploiement du contrôle interne et formaliser différents reporting et métriques ;

  • Contribuer à la conduite du changement auprès du Service Client (Formations, rédaction de documentation) ;

  • Piloter l’animation de la démarche de lutte contre la fraude

  • Assurer le reporting d’avancement des projets confiés.

Ce que nous attendons de vous :

  • Formation Bac +5 et une expérience réussie de 3 à 5 ans minimum en amélioration continue, acquise idéalement sur des projets en frais de santé et prévoyance.

  • Maîtrise de la gestion de projet

  • Maîtrise d’Excel (y compris les Macro)

  • Excellente communication écrite et orale, sens de l’écoute ;

  • Force de proposition, sens du client, orientation résultats, capacité d’arbitrage et de collaboration en transversalité.

Ce qui fera la différence :

  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois ;

  • Connaissance et/ou expérience des problématiques et techniques de gestion de la relation client dans le domaine de l’assurance ;

  • Connaissance de l’environnement assurances de personnes Santé et Prévoyance.
