Iron Mountain is looking for data entry specialists to join our team in Toluca. Are you an organized and efficient person? This is the opportunity you've been waiting for!

As a data entry specialist at Iron Mountain, you will be responsible for managing physical archives, digitizing, and capturing information from our different clients at their facilities to process it according to company requirements.

Required experience:

• 6 months in data capture (recently desirable) and document validation
• Good spelling, speed, and numeric keypad handling
• Education: completed high school

Activities to perform:

• Data capture
• Information verification
• Document administration, box assembly, file movement, box movement.
• Knowledge of digitization.
• Handling of Gmail-Outlook, familiarity with email attention

• Salary: 8,753 - Gross monthly (weekly payment frequency via BANORTE)
• Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm
