As an ALM Billing Analyst, you will be a vital part of the North American Billing team, managing the entire billing process for storage clients to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Must have:
  • Execute and process monthly invoices for multiple client locations
  • Act as a key reference point for client inquiries about billing
  • Identify and analyze billing issues, and inform the appropriate teams
  • Maintain and enforce billing processes to ensure accuracy
  • Contribute to special projects as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced English
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and strategic approach to problem-solving
