The Role

As an ALM Billing Analyst, you'll join our North American Billing team and play a vital role in our financial operations. You will manage the entire billing process for our storage clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Execute and process monthly invoices for multiple client locations
• Act as a key reference point for client inquiries about billing
• Identify and analyze billing issues, and inform the appropriate teams
• Maintain and enforce billing processes to ensure accuracy
• Contribute to special projects as needed

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong work ethic and the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an advanced level of English
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented, and strategic approach to problem-solving
