QA Test Lead TCoE aligned Test Automation TOSCA JMeter

The QA Test Lead will define and execute test strategies for the virtual command center platform, covering functional, non-functional, and security testing. This role involves leading SIT, UAT support, regression, API, mobile, and performance testing, coordinating with security teams. Key responsibilities include defining test plans, tracking defects in Azure Boards, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage and release readiness. The position requires strong enterprise QA leadership and automation experience with tools like TOSCA and JMeter.

Must Have

• Define test strategy, plans, and quality gates.

Job Description

The QA Test Lead TCoE aligned Test Automation TOSCA JMeter will own test strategy and execution across functional non functional and security testing readiness for the virtual command center platform. The role covers test planning execution SIT UAT support regression API mobile and performance testing coordinated with security teams. The position requires strong enterprise QA leadership automation experience with TOSCA JMeter and stakeholder coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• 1.Define test strategy test plans exit criteria test reporting and overall quality gates for the platform.
• 2.​Lead SIT UAT support regression integration API testing and mobile testing across all environments.
• 3.​Support performance testing using JMeter NeoLoad and coordinate VAPT activities with security teams.
• 4.​Track defects in Azure Boards deliver test closure reports and sanity testing for production releases.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1.Enterprise QA leadership experience defining test strategies plans and managing cross functional testing teams.
• 2.​Strong hands on experience with test automation tools TOSCA and performance testing tools JMeter NeoLoad.
• 3.​Proven ability to coordinate SIT UAT regression API mobile and security testing VAPT across complex enterprise platforms.
• 4.​Strong documentation stakeholder coordination and defect management skills using tools like Azure Boards.

Experience Requirements

• 7 to 12 years of QA leadership and test automation experience with enterprise platforms adjust as needed
