Job Summary
The L2 L3 Support Engineer will provide operational support, monitoring, and rapid incident resolution for the DEWA virtual command center platform. This role involves L2/L3 troubleshooting, log/alert monitoring, hotfix support, patching, vulnerability remediation, and runbook maintenance. Strong production support experience with .NET Microsoft platforms and SIEM is required, ensuring 24x7 operational support and platform stability.
Must Have
- Provide L2 L3 troubleshooting for platform application issues, hotfixes, and minor enhancements.
- Monitor logs, alerts, and support integration with monitoring tools, log platforms, and SIEM systems.
- Support patching upgrades using N-1 approach and track vulnerability remediation activities.
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, service reports, and operational documentation for support teams.
- Strong production support background for .NET Microsoft platforms.
- Experience supporting patching upgrades N-1 approach and vulnerability remediation tracking.
- Familiarity with runbook SOP creation, service reporting, and operational documentation standards.
Good to Have
- Hands-on monitoring logs experience with SIEM log correlation and alert management preferred.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 3.Experience supporting patching upgrades N-1 approach and vulnerability remediation tracking.

Experience Requirements
