Job Summary
The Quality Internship at GE Vernova's Power Conversion & Storage in Campinas is a 2-year program for engineering students. The intern will primarily update area indicators, interface with the factory, and support analysts in addressing quality issues and improvements. Key responsibilities include monitoring Gensuite actions, updating quality indicators, assisting with the Quality engagement program, supporting workplace audits, maintaining quality sites, and assisting with quality problem resolution and new employee integration.
Must Have
- Studying Engineering (from 3rd semester) with graduation expected from December/27
- Intermediate Office Suite
- Intermediate English
- Availability to intern in a hybrid regime, business hours, in Campinas/SP, starting in January/26
- Good oral and written communication
- Quick adaptation to new processes
- Organization, punctuality, and proactivity
- Ability to work in a team and maintain good interpersonal relationships
- Ability to identify problems and propose solutions

Job Objective:
The Quality internship will have as main activities the updating of area indicators and interface with the factory, supporting analysts in the resolution of quality problems and improvements.
Main responsibilities:
- Monitor Gensuite system actions weekly;
- Support the daily update of quality indicators;
- Assist in the monthly update of the Quality engagement program indicators;
- Support the process of workplace audits in the processes;
- Keep the quality site and corners updated with relevant indicators;
- Support in the resolution of quality problems;
- Keep the QMS procedures site updated;
- Support the integration of new employees.
