Must Have
- Knowledge of inlet and exhaust systems in a gas turbine
- Familiarity with requisition processes
- Proficiency in analysis tools like Ansys, STAAD
- Ability to execute design, analysis, or evaluation of projects using sound engineering principles
- Experience in mechanical and/or electrical engineering for products
- Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology & Mechanical Component (for roles outside USA)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The role is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of the inlet and exhaust systems in a gas turbine. Must be familiar with requisition processes and analysis tools like Ansys, STAAD, CATIA (additional skill).
- Facilitates the design and layout of all components and systems that are auxiliaries to the main product such as piping, valves, tubes, fluid delivery and removal (fuel, lube, hydraulics), pumps, actuators, tooling, etc.
- Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work would include mechanical and/or electrical engineering for all products.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
- Drives quality initiatives within the team.

- Has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance.
Required Qualifications
- For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Mechanical Component. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
