Kluge Interactive, an immersive game studio known for Synth Riders, is developing new VR titles and games for a UGC social platform. They seek a passionate QA Tester with an eye for detail to join their team. The role involves testing and evaluating games to identify bugs, glitches, and other issues, and creating detailed bug reports for the development team, ensuring glitch-free immersive experiences for an existing social VR platform.
Must have:
  • Test products to identify bugs, glitches, and other issues.
  • Create and maintain detailed bug reports for the development team.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Communicate with the development team to understand features and create test cases.
  • 2-3 years of experience in QA testing for games.
  • Experience testing across multiple platforms (VR, desktop, mobile).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, reproduce, and clearly document issues.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, or similar).
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English.
Good to have:
  • Previous experience in social VR or multiplayer online games.
  • Experience as a QA tester for mobile games.
  • Familiarity with virtual worlds, avatars, and player interactions.
  • Knowledge of programming or scripting languages for test automation or debugging.
  • Understanding of performance testing and device-specific optimization across VR, desktop, and mobile.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks for games.

We’re currently working on several new VR titles and developing games for a UGC social platform, collaborating with some of the world’s most influential VR, music, and technology companies.

Are you a passionate gamer with an eye for detail? Do you have experience finding bugs and glitches in video games? We're looking for a QA Tester to join our remarkable team and help us deliver immersive and glitch-free experiences for an existing social VR platform. You'll be responsible for testing and evaluating games to identify bugs, glitches, and other issues. And also create and maintain detailed bug reports for the development team.

You will work closely with a cross-functional team that involves developers, game designers, sound designers, artists, and producers.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in QA testing for games.
  • Experience testing across multiple platforms (VR, desktop, mobile).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, reproduce, and clearly document issues, glitches, and usability problems.
  • Passion for games and curiosity about gameplay mechanics and player experience.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, or similar).
  • Able to work with a cross-functional team and in a very collaborative atmosphere.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with developers, designers, and other QA team members.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in social VR or multiplayer online games.
  • Experience as a QA tester for mobile games.
  • Familiarity with virtual worlds, avatars, and player interactions.
  • Knowledge of programming or scripting languages for test automation or debugging.
  • Understanding of performance testing and device-specific optimization across VR, desktop, and mobile.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks for games is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Test products to identify bugs, glitches, and other issues.
  • Create and maintain detailed bug reports for the development team.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure issues are fully resolved and do not resurface in the game.
  • Communicate with the development team to understand how features are supposed to work and create test cases.

You'll be part of a broader cross-functional team, and while there will be a lot of internal QA, you'll be the only team member dedicated exclusively to QA'ing multiple games.
