Educational Background:
1) Master's degree in computer science, pharmacy, chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical and automation, industrial engineering, or related majors; or excellent undergraduate students with strong learning willingness and development potential.

You will be expected to:
Understand different functions and roles in supply chain operations
Understand how the supply chain plays a role in bringing our products to market and consumers
Assist in daily production activities and achieve production targets
Strengthen understanding of manufacturing processes, including process stability studies, process improvement, trials, and process validation
Drive improvements and process optimization, including projects to increase yield, cycle time, and productivity
Research a range of different products and technologies, including mass production, granulation, tableting, packaging, etc.
Assist in the implementation of factory automation and digitalization projects
Conduct good cross-departmental communication and teamwork
Build a solid foundation of knowledge in safety, quality, and compliance
