The Haleon Tianjin Factory Management Trainee Program aims to cultivate key talents for future production management and digital transformation. You will start from the production frontline, broaden your business horizons and accumulate practical experience through cross-functional rotations, ultimately growing into a versatile talent who understands production and is adept at driving innovation. You will rotate through core departments such as production, engineering, quality, and operational excellence to gain a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing business processes, participate in workshop production management, process optimization, and daily operational support, and engage in cutting-edge projects such as efficiency improvement, automation upgrades, and digital factory construction to accumulate project practical experience.
Must have:
- Be a 2024-2026 bachelor's or master's graduate.
- Major in Computer Science, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Intelligent Manufacturing, or related fields.
- Have a passion for manufacturing and willingness to work on the frontline.
- Possess quick learning and adaptability.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Be able to actively respond to challenges.
- Be fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) as a working language.
- Willingness to rotate through core departments (production, engineering, quality, operational excellence).
- Participate in workshop production management and process optimization.
- Engage in efficiency improvement, automation, and digital factory projects.
