Job Description
Valeo is seeking a Quality Apprentice for its Saint Quentin Fallavier site. This role involves contributing to the adherence of Valeo's quality standards, deploying tools to ensure "zero" defects for customers, and conducting analyses to eradicate detected defects. The apprentice will work within the quality department, collaborating with production and structural teams.
Must Have:
- Analyze rejections generated by different production lines
- Verify the correct application of defined control plans
- Characterize defects using the 5W2H tool
- Participate in internal QRQC meetings
- Analyze customer complaints using the PDCA-FTA tool

Your challenges?
As an apprentice at the Saint Quentin Fallavier Site, you will contribute to the respect of Valeo quality standards. The objective is to deploy the necessary tools to guarantee "0" defects for customers and to carry out adequate analyses to eradicate detected defects.
Missions:
- Analysis of rejections generated by the different production lines,
- Verification of the correct application of defined control plans,
- Characterization of defects with the 5W2H tool,
- Participation in internal QRQC meetings,
- Analysis of customer complaints with the PDCA-FTA tool,
Skills:
- Knowledge of common quality tools (FMEA, control plan, problem-solving methods,...),
- Proficiency with IT tools (Google and Microsoft Office environment),
- Knowledge in industrial engineering fields (mechanical, electrical,...),
- Proficiency in English language,
- Good writing skills.
