Quality Trainee

This Quality Trainee role involves assisting in initiating QRQC, supporting issue analysis, maintaining quality tracking charts, participating in line audits, and contributing to the eradication of customer and non-quality issues under guidance.

Must Have

• Assist in initiating the QRQC in the QIM database and participate in containment activities
• Support the analysis of issues assigned in the QRQC activities
• Learn to update and maintain APU quality tracking charts, such as Customer Returns and Cost of Non-Quality
• Participate in line audits to learn how to detect non-respect of Standards and assist in identifying necessary actions
• Contribute to the eradication of Customer issues and Non-Quality issues under the guidance of quality members
• Assist in the revision of the control plan after an issue has been resolved
• Assist in updating quality documents following a process-related change
• Assist in the management of PDCA and closure for Internal Suppliers incidents
• Learn the procedures for red jails (administration, disposition of non-conforming material)
• Assist in the management of Material returned by customer and parts disposition
