Job Summary
The Radar Systems Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing radar algorithms and configurations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with software and hardware teams to enhance radar performance. The role involves collecting and analyzing field data and requires expertise in RF systems, data analysis with Python/Matlab, and software development in C/C++/Python/Matlab. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of experience are essential.
Must Have
- Develop, test and optimize radar algorithms and configurations
- Troubleshoot arising issues and implement corrective action
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams to improve radar performance
- Collect and analyze field data to quantify performance and improvements
- Knowledge of RF systems, preferably up to K band
- Data analysis in Python or Matlab
- Software experience, including C/C++, Python, and Matlab
- Knowledge of RF bench equipment (spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, etc.), or experience with signal processing
- Technical problem-solving skills
- Strong communications skills, good interpersonal skills
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (Green Card holder)
