Job Responsibilities :
The RazerStore Sales Associate will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect Razer products and creating memorable shopping experiences. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Availability: afternoons on weekdays and weekends.
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.
 - Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.
 - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
 - Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
 - Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.
 - Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
 - Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
 - Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.
 - Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
 - Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
 - Enforce company policies and perform other assigned duties.
 - Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
 - Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store
 - Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
 - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while being attentive to customers
 - Basic math and computer skills required
 - Knowledge of basic POS principles and cash handling
 - Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products
 - Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
 - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
