As a Record to Report Ops Specialist, you will be crucial in determining financial outcomes. Your responsibilities will include collecting operational data and reports, conducting thorough analysis, and reconciling financial transactions. You will be involved in posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting the month-end closing process. Additionally, you will prepare cash forecasting statements, reports, and assist in audits. You will also be responsible for implementing general ledger processes, including year-end closing and creating/maintaining ledgers. The role involves managing commitments, expenditures, and running interface reports. The candidate will need to analyze and solve complex problems, create new solutions, and adapt existing methods. This position will require team management and the ability to work in rotational shifts.
