What are we looking for?
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool (Source from existing candidate database and Determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements)
2. Perform data mining for additional candidates (New profile for sourcing eligibility, Source resumes, Qualify candidate interest by appropriate technology tool and Match qualified resume to requisition)
3. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods and Process electronic candidate profiles/applications
3. Develop list of candidates to be screened (Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunity and Invite candidates to apply as appropriate)
