The Region Users Associate plays a crucial role in user growth strategy within their respective regions, collaborating with the Region Users team to enhance consumer perception and drive growth. This position offers matrix support from Area Users Growth Associates who execute defined strategies. The Associate will report to the Region Users Senior Manager. Key responsibilities include providing user insights and data analysis to regional and area teams, building activity frameworks, projecting OKRs for growth initiatives, managing budgets, and ensuring effective procurement processes. The role also involves overseeing timeline adherence at the area level, setting up in-app marketing channels, creating progress monitoring dashboards, and synthesizing learnings to optimize future activities. A strong understanding of local market knowledge, particularly in East Java, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara, is essential, along with robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in a top technology company and with dashboard tools is a plus.
Must have:

About the Role
Region Users Associate works as a center of excellence for users growth strategy in respective regions. You will collaborate intensively with the Region Users team to drive consumers and win their perception. You will have matrix support in every Areas called Areas Users Growth Associate who run and execute all strategies defined. As the Region Users Associate you will report to Region Users Senior Manager
What You Will Do
- Support Region and Area teams with user insights, data analysis, and benchmarking to guide planning
- Build activity frameworks and develop monthly OKR projections across growth initiatives
- Allocate and manage budget, ensuring effective and efficient use aligned with business goals
- Own and implement SOPs for budgeting and procurement processes
- Oversee timeline adherence and activity execution at area level, ensuring operational excellence
- Set up and manage in-app marketing channels in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Create dashboards to monitor progress and flag deviations from plan in real-time
- Work with project leaders to synthesize learnings and optimize future activities
What You Will Need
- Min 3 years of working experience in Marketing/Analytics
- Good understanding of local market knowledge especially area East Java, Bali, & Nusa Tenggara province
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data; knowledge of basic statistics and queries
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong personal integrity
- Excellent problem-solving skill with the ability to play it well independently and collaborate across functions
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, especially around user behavior and marketing effectiveness
- Agile and fast in thinking and execution
- Have exposure of working at a top Technology company and experience with dashboard tools like Quick BI or similar would be a plus point

As a Region User Growth Associate (RUGA), you will play a critical role in driving user growth strategies in our regional operations. Reporting to the Region User Growth Senior Manager, you will be both a growth analyst and an execution controller—owning the full lifecycle from planning and execution to review. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, manage budgets, set up marketing initiatives, and ensure impactful implementation of growth activities.
