Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company. The Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for iGaming revenue reporting, reconciliation, and compliance. As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will own iGaming revenue reporting, reconciliation, and investigation, as well as Bally Bet revenue audit directives. This role requires a highly organized, positive, and determined individual with excellent Excel and investigative skills, capable of effective communication across all levels, both internal and external, in a fast-evolving sector.
Must have:
  • Collaborating closely with finance, operations, and compliance teams for seamless information flow and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensuring all iGaming regulatory reports are fully documented and available for review and audit purposes.
  • Preparing and submitting recurring and ad-hoc reports to partners, internal entities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Investigating and resolving variances in game accounting, tracking issues from identification to full resolution.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in revenue reconciliation and reporting.
  • Formatting, completing, and submitting Remote Gaming System (RGS) data reports for third-party game suppliers.
  • Implementing and maintaining audit procedures to confirm accuracy of data inputs affecting sports gaming receipts.
  • Adhering to all local, state, and federal gaming regulations and proactively seeking compliance.

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. Its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BALY".

Well, what about the team?

The Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for iGaming revenue reporting, reconciliation, and compliance. Reporting to the Director of Regulatory Reporting, you will assume ownership of the iGaming revenue reporting, reconciliation and investigation function, as well as the Bally Bet revenue audit directives laid out by the Ohio regulators. We are looking for a positive and determined individual who is willing to assert responsibility and accountability as the business expands.

To succeed as a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, candidates must be highly organized with excellent Excel and investigative skills. We are looking for someone who can deal with people at all levels, both internal and external, by implementing excellent verbal and written communication skills. Someone who demonstrates a proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach to tasks and is willing to continually learn and improve will flourish in this role.

So, what will be doing?

  • Collaborating closely with members of the finance, operations, and compliance teams located across various Bally’s Interactive offices to ensure seamless information flow and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensuring all iGaming regulatory reports are fully documented and available to Senior Management for review and audit purposes.
  • Preparing and submitting recurring and ad-hoc reports to iGaming partners, internal entities, and regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards.
  • Investigating and resolving variances in game accounting, tracking issues from identification to full resolution, and documenting findings for audit trails.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement and uphold best practices in revenue reconciliation and reporting, identifying opportunities for process optimization and compliance.
  • Formatting, completing, and submitting Remote Gaming System (RGS) data reports for all third-party game suppliers according to specified regulatory timelines and standards.
  • Implementing and maintaining audit procedures to confirm the accuracy of all data inputs affecting sports gaming receipts and related calculations.
  • Adhering to all local, state, and federal gaming regulations and proactively seek to remain compliant with emerging jurisdictional requirements.

  • Have introductory-to-mid level understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Demonstrate outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and investigatory skills, with an aptitude for critical thinking.
  • Exhibit eagerness to learn, develop, and assume responsibility within a fast-evolving sector.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Possess exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience communicating with multiple teams and stakeholders is essential.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and acute attention to detail.

Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses in new or expanding jurisdictions, as needed.
