Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Sponsorship Manager to lead the management and activation of our sponsorship portfolio, with a primary focus on a new high-profile partnership with Nottingham Forest football club. This role is pivotal in embedding Bally’s and Bally Bet as a credible and impactful sponsor, helping us reach new audiences and drive commercial growth by developing and executing comprehensive sponsorship strategies, managing relationships with rights holders, and overseeing activation campaigns.
Must Have:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise brand visibility, audience engagement, and business impact through sponsorship assets and activations.
  • Serving as the day-to-day contact for the Nottingham Forest football club and other rights holders.
  • Ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled and relationships are nurtured for long-term success.
  • Overseeing the full lifecycle of sponsorship assets, including digital, in-stadium, hospitality, and player access.
  • Planning and delivering innovative and impactful activation campaigns that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand perception and commercial performance.
  • Working closely with marketing, PR, digital, and product teams to integrate sponsorship into broader business initiatives.
  • Coordinating with legal and finance teams to manage contracts, budgets, and compliance.
  • Monitoring and evaluating sponsorship performance using KPIs and ROI metrics to inform plans, strategies and renewal recommendations, and providing regular updates and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in Sponsorship management and activation roles within the online sports betting, iGaming, or related industries.
  • Possess strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that drive long-term business success.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, build relationships, and represent the company's brand at the highest levels.
  • Have experience of working with internal teams, agencies and managing various stakeholders to deliver joined up, impactful work.
  • Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating agility and resilience in adapting strategies to evolving market conditions, competitive pressures, and regulatory changes.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering measurable results - ability to set ambitious targets, track and communicate performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience partnering with sponsorship agencies and external vendors to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-impact activations.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Sponsorship Manager to lead the management and activation of our sponsorship portfolio, with a primary focus on a new high-profile partnership with a Nottingham Forest football club. This role is pivotal in embedding Bally’s and Bally Bet as a credible and impactful sponsor, helping us reach new audiences and drive commercial growth.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Bally Bet’s sponsorship strategy at a pivotal moment in our growth. You’ll be at the heart of a major partnership with one of the world’s most exciting football clubs, helping us connect with fans and communities in meaningful ways.

This position reports to the Director of Commercial & Comms Planning

So, what will you be doing?
