As an Engineering Program Manager supporting the Wireless Systems & Compliance Engineering team, you will apply your Program / Project management skills and have significant responsibility for driving multiple RF test-related projects that are essential to timely, successful release of products. The teams that the EPM will support have responsibility for ensuring that products meet RF performance specifications and stay in sync with relevant government and industry regulations. To ensure RF compliance, testing is performed with a range of niche RF test equipment and setups, including conducted RF test stations, anechoic and semi-anechoic chambers as well as custom crafted setups in indoor and outdoor environments. Testing is performed in the local Bay Area, San Diego as well as in other locations worldwide. The test setups include instrument and robotics automation, as needed. This is an individual contributor role. The successful candidate may support a variety of programs ranging from new wireless platform validation to new product integration, process improvement initiatives and competitive analysis.
At , base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134,800 and $245,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
