Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Fraud Risk Manager for our expanding business to identify potential fraud risks and develop mitigating strategies. The role involves analyzing data, implementing risk rules, and recommending mitigation plans to achieve target risk metrics. Responsibilities include acting as a key fraud manager for assigned product lines, conducting deep dives and analysis on risk issues, building and monitoring comprehensive risk metrics, and assessing, validating, and optimizing risk rules for optimal risk/reward balance. The ideal candidate will also develop risk platform solutions that cater to various product line requirements while maintaining a holistic customer experience view.
Must have:
- Assess issues and recommend strategic/tactical solutions
- Balance business vision and practical implementation
- Intermediate proficiency in GSuite, Lark, BigQuery, Maxcompute
- Proactively build trust-based relationships
- Strong understanding of risk solutions and product implementation
- 6+ years of digital payment risk experience
- Familiar with monitoring tools like Quick BI, Looker, Metabase, MaxCompute, SQL
- Incentive abuse prevention and device tampering signals experience is a plus

About The Role
We are looking for an exceptional fraud risk manager to identify potential fraud risk, develop mitigating strategies in our expanding business. The role holder will be responsible for delivering on target risk metrics - by analyzing data and implementing risk rules and recommending mitigation plans.
What You Will Do
- Key fraud manager to the business teams for the assigned product lines
- Conducting deep dives, sampling and analysis on risk related issues
- Build comprehensive risk metrics monitoring
- Close monitoring of risk metrics, underlying drivers - and the overall business metrics
- Assess, validate and optimize risk rules - to ensure best outcome of risk/reward and to meet stated risk target metrics
- Develop risk platform solutions that will balance the various requirements from the product lines but yet maintain a holistic view of the customer experience
What You Will Need
- Able to assess issues and recommend solutions both at the strategic and tactical levels - balancing the business vision and practical implementation considerations
- Intermediate proficiency in using GSuite, Lark and other cloudbase data platforms such as BigQuery, Maxcompute,etc.
- Proactively builds trust-based relationships with stakeholders while maintaining the ability to remain objective
- Strong understanding of risk solutions, product implementation - on the business side
- Having 6+ years of related digital payment risk experience, preferably on the digital banking or e-wallets
- Familiar with monitoring tools such as Quick BI, Google Looker, Metabase, MaxCompute, SQL etc.
- Incentive abuse prevention experience and device tampering signals is a plus
