Home Medical Device Sales specializing in Sleep and Respiratory Fields
**
You will be responsible for sales of Philips' home medical devices.
Sales targets include medical professionals (doctors, nurses, clinical laboratory technologists, etc.) and hospital staff.
Beyond simply selling products, you will understand the needs of doctors and patients, propose optimal solutions, explain usage methods, and conduct study sessions to ensure safe and correct use.
While many companies propose products from affiliated overseas manufacturers, we handle our own products.
Therefore, we can make proposals with a sense of speed and provide meticulous support.
- Maintaining existing customers, acquiring new prescriptions, and developing and nurturing new customers and markets.
- Formulating and executing concrete action plans based on the collection and analysis of complex customer information.
- Expanding solution business.
- Handling regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Introducing home-use medical devices for patients according to doctor's prescriptions.
- Managing devices for assigned facilities and patients.
- Complying with in-hospital rules and conducting ethical sales activities.
- Achieving sales targets.
- Internal operations (sales processing, equipment management).
- Responding to emergency home visits to patients (respiratory equipment) at night or during emergencies.
Required Experience
- Sales experience (corporate or individual, regardless of target).
- No sales experience required for those with medical qualifications.
(e.g., nurses, clinical engineers, radiological technologists, clinical laboratory technologists).

- Sleep apnea syndrome testing devices, treatment devices, etc.
The proposed products are devices used by patients at home.
In some cases, home visits to patients may be required (for introduction, maintenance, etc.).

Transfers
Yes. We expect you to play an active role as a manager in the future. To gain various experiences, transfers involving relocation may occur nationwide (company housing and other subsidies available).
Job Requirements:
- Department: Sleep & Respiratory Care Business Unit
- Contract Period: No fixed term
- Probationary Period: Yes (generally 6 months from the date of joining)
- Work Location: Hiroshima Branch
- Working Hours: 9:00-17:30, Break: 1 hour
- Overtime: Approximately 30-40 hours per month
- Holidays: 125 annual holidays, 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 - January 4), private sick leave, paid leave, congratulatory/condolence leave, etc.
- Paid Leave: 20 days granted in the first year (varies depending on joining month)
- Overtime Work: Discretionary work system
- Salary: Base annual salary 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 JPY (including deemed allowance). Will be considered based on experience.
- Bonus: Incentive 30%
- *Incentives are paid annually in March (subject to change based on company performance, departmental performance, and individual evaluation).*
- *For those joining mid-year, a pro-rata calculation applies for the target period.*
