Sales Advisor Part-time (H&M Favore Toyama)

Job Description

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will support customers to enjoy a comfortable shopping experience. You will greet customers with a smile, guide them through the store to help them find what they are looking for, and introduce H&M products.

Main Duties

• Clearly convey knowledge about fashion and products to help customers choose items that suit them.
• Collaborate with the team to provide service that exceeds expectations, ensuring customers are satisfied with their shopping experience at H&M.
• Always maintain a well-stocked sales floor and a tidy back office for a comfortable environment.
• Support store opening and closing operations.
• Positively convey your own and the brand's appeal when interacting with customers.

Everyone working in the store, including Sales Advisors, Store Managers, and Visual Merchandisers, strives to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. We also collaborate with area teams, sharing information with other stores to achieve success together. Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who meet the following:

• Those with experience or interest in fashion, retail, or customer service (beginners welcome).

• Employment Contract Period: Fixed-term labor contract (part-time job)
• Probationary Period: 3-6 months (Salary and working hours during probation: Same as full employment)
• Work Location: (Immediately after hiring) H&M (Favore Toyama store), or other specified stores.
• (Scope of change) Sales and company-defined tasks at headquarters.
• Working Hours: Shift system (8 hours work, 60 minutes break) From 2 days a week, from 4 hours a day OK
• Overtime Details: To ensure work-life balance, prior approval from the store manager is required for overtime.
• Hourly Wage: 1,030 yen~
• Insurance: Workers' Accident Compensation Insurance

• Store Position Evaluation:
