We’re Hiring: Sales B2B Manager – KSA (E-commerce Industry)
LikeCard is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales B2B Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with proven experience in driving sales growth, building strong commercial partnerships, and leading high-performing teams in the e-commerce sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and implement a business development strategy that drives new growth opportunities.
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the business development and account management teams, including setting KPIs and reporting to senior management.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and departmental KPIs.
- Identify areas for process improvement, conduct evaluations of direct reports, and build succession plans.
- Deliver accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to management.
- Build and maintain top-tier partnerships across all categories while representing LikeCard in the market.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business development or sales leadership within the Middle Eastern and global markets.
- Proven track record of maximizing sales and developing strong commercial networks.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Solid understanding of technology trends and e-commerce innovations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
