Job Description:
Roles and Responsibility:
- Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting:
o Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive sales dashboards on Tableau and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycle length
o Analyze sales data from various sources (CRM, sales enablement tools, financial systems) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
o Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting with actionable insights to sales leadership and other stakeholders, clearly communicating key findings.
Sales Forecasting & Planning:
o Collaborate with sales leadership and finance to develop and refine sales forecasts, models, and projections.
o Analyze historical data, market trends, and pipeline activity to improve forecast accuracy.
o Support territory planning, quota setting, and sales compensation plan analysis.
Data-Driven Insights & Strategic Recommendations:
o Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover opportunities for sales process optimization, productivity improvements, and revenue growth.
o Identify key drivers of sales performance and provide actionable recommendations to sales management.
o Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis to understand customer behavior and inform sales strategies.
o Support go-to-market strategy with data-backed insights.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
o Evaluate existing sales processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
o Partner with sales operations and other cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and best practices.
o Ensure data integrity and accuracy within CRM and other sales systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align on objectives, share insights, and support strategic initiatives.
o Act as a subject matter expert on sales data and analytics.
o Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skillset:
- Looking for candidates with 5 + years experienced in Sales Domain.
- Experience in Sales process, pipeline forecasting, territory planning and opportunities with report building with Tableau- 1
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Good knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and large data sets.
Business Acumen:
o Deep understanding of sales processes, sales cycles, and key sales metrics.
o Ability to understand business objectives and align analytical work accordingly.
