Job Description

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un gestionnaire commercial dynamique pour la modalité de TDM et de radiodiagnostic qui gérera une gamme de produits divers et complexes, principalement pour nos clients de l’Est du Canada (Québec et provinces maritimes).

Votre rôle

  • Diriger et prendre en charge l’unité commerciale en adoptant une approche proactive et centrée sur le client afin de favoriser la réussite des clients, la croissance financière et les relations à long terme.
  • Soutenir le chargé de compte / le responsable de comptes dans le processus de vente, depuis la définition et la conception de la solution jusqu’à la proposition de solutions sur mesure répondant aux besoins particuliers du client, tout en identifiant de nouvelles occasions sur le territoire qui vous a été attribué.
  • Fournir au service marketing des renseignements précieux sur les outils de vente, les questions d’établissement de prix et les menaces concurrentielles, afin qu’il puisse soutenir au mieux l’équipe de vente en lui fournissant des ressources actualisées et pertinentes.
  • Servir d’expert en la matière pour les produits de TDM et de radiodiagnostic, en mettant à profit ses connaissances techniques pour aider le chargé de compte / le responsable de comptes à répondre aux besoins et aux problèmes des clients.​

  • Vous avez acquis 5 ans ou plus d’expérience dans la vente, la direction des ventes, les applications cliniques ou le marketing, en particulier dans le contexte de la TDM et du radiodiagnostic.
  • Vos compétences comprennent une connaissance approfondie des produits et une expertise des modalités de TDM et de radiodiagnostic, ainsi qu’une forte compréhension du système de santé canadien, en particulier dans le domaine de l’imagerie diagnostique, afin de répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients.
  • Des compétences bilingues en français et en anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, sont requises. Le français est encouragé à l’interne, mais l’anglais est essentiel pour nos activités internationales. Le candidat peut relever d’un responsable hors du Québec et/ou interagir avec des collègues et des partenaires dans d’autres provinces et pays. L’anglais est nécessaire pour la communication, la formation et le soutien à l’échelle nationale et mondiale. Philips propose une formation linguistique en français et en anglais, avec pour objectif la maîtrise de ces deux langues.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un baccalauréat ou avez une expérience équivalente (de préférence).
  • Vous faites preuve d’une intelligence politique : Capacité à naviguer dans des dynamiques organisationnelles complexes, à comprendre les rôles des différentes parties prenantes et à ajuster l’approche en fonction du paysage politique.

Notre façon de travailler ensemble

Nous sommes convaincus que nous sommes meilleurs ensemble que séparés. Pour nos équipes basées dans les bureaux, cela signifie travailler en personne au moins trois jours par semaine. Les postes sur place requièrent une présence à temps plein dans les locaux de l’entreprise. Les fonctions sur le terrain sont exercées le plus efficacement en dehors des installations principales de l’entreprise, généralement chez les clients ou les fournisseurs.

We are looking for a dynamic [Modality Business Manager for CT and DXR who will manage a diverse and complex product portfolio primarily supporting our customers in Eastern Canada (Quebec and Maritimes).

Your role:

  • Lead and own the business with a proactive and customer-centric approach to drive customer success, financial growth, and long-term relationships.
  • Support the Account Manager (AM)/Account Executive (AE) in the sales process, from solution definition and design to proposing tailored solutions that address specific customer needs while identifying new opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Provide Marketing with valuable insights into sales tools, pricing issues, and competitive threats, ensuring they can best support the sales team with up-to-date and relevant resources.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on CT and DXR products, leveraging your technical knowledge to support the AM/AE in addressing customer needs and challenges.​

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in sales, sales leadership, clinical applications, or marketing, specifically within a CT and DXR context.
  • Your skills include deep product knowledge and expertise within CT and DXR modalities and strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system, particularly in diagnostic imaging, to navigate customer needs effectively.
  • Bilingual French and English skills, both written and verbal, are required. French is promoted internally, but English is essential for our global business. The candidate may report to a manager outside Quebec and/or interact with colleagues and partners in other provinces and countries. English is needed for communication, training, and support nationally and globally. Philips offers French and English language training, aiming for fluency in both.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • You’re politically Savvy: Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, understanding the roles of various stakeholders, and adjusting approach based on the political landscape.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $63,000 to $99,000 plus company/fleet car.  The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.    

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
