We are seeking a Sales Executive for Distribution to join our team. Your responsibilities will include proposing new products to shops and directing them to distributors' outlets, maintaining excellent product knowledge, and monitoring competitor activities. You will accurately manage SRM data and ensure good reporting. Additionally, you will assist DIY customers with their projects, recommend and sell Sika products, and cross-merchandise related items. You will also prepare marketing tools, manage stock levels, identify opportunities for impactful product displays, and participate in store-specific events. Proposing new product ideas and staying informed of market changes to your line manager is crucial. You will achieve sales targets by promoting products and services in a retail environment, developing strong customer relationships, and resolving inquiries promptly. Assisting in organizing promotional events, in-store demos, and seasonal campaigns, along with performing other assigned duties, are also part of the role.
