The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for candidates who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the growth of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing sales opportunities. As a Sales Key Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Key Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and key clients.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing key accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective coordination and communication.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
Contract Negotiation:
In conjunction with the Senior Channel Manager, negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance.
Customer Satisfaction:
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Gather feedback from key clients to improve products or services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, go to market, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience and create mid and long term strategic customer plans.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare yearly Strategic Account Plans for the customers under your customer portfolio.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
