Job Description

As a Manager – New Business & Account Growth, you will drive revenue across the German-speaking (DACH) region by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing relationships, primarily within corporate legal departments, compliance teams, and legal operations. You will also mentor others and lead by example, contributing to a high-performance sales culture. This role requires someone who thrives in a high-accountability environment, passionate about excellence, ownership, and continuous growth.
Must have:
  • People management responsibility for the sales team
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to sales team members
  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing new business and growing existing accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in legal, compliance, and operations teams
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars across the DACH region

Key Responsibilities

  • People management responsibility for the sales team
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to sales team members

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong focus on enterprise clients
  • Proven success in both new business development and account growth, ideally in legal tech, compliance, or enterprise software
  • Native German speaker, with excellent English communication skills
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills, with experience mentoring or managing sales professionals
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Preferably you have experience working with or selling to legal operations, compliance, or risk management teams
