Job Summary

A respected service company is seeking a driven, organized Sales Manager with B2B experience in septic, sewer, plumbing, electrical, or related home/commercial services. This full-time, on-site role in Auburn, WA, involves leading a growing sales team (currently 7), driving revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The manager will implement sales strategies, track performance, collaborate with various teams, oversee bids, build client relationships, and resolve customer issues.

Must Have

  • Lead, train, and coach sales and field teams to exceed revenue goals
  • Implement sales strategies and track performance metrics
  • Collaborate with leadership, dispatch, service, and customer service teams
  • Oversee bids, contracts, estimates, and project execution
  • Build and maintain client relationships, especially with MHPs and property managers
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and training sessions
  • Report on sales performance using ServiceTitan
  • Support marketing efforts with client feedback and tailored materials
  • Coordinate emergency responses and cross-departmental projects
  • 1.5+ years B2B sales in home/commercial services or industrial sectors
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Working knowledge of septic systems and related services
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, Google Sheets
  • Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, ability to pass background/drug screening
  • Able to lift 75 lbs.; strong mechanical aptitude
