Thales, a global technology leader, is seeking a Sales Operations Executive in Singapore. This role involves data administration, management reporting, supply demand analysis, and inventory optimization. The executive will also manage last buy and end-of-life supplies, support NPI deployment, and assist with sales planning. Must Have
- Data administration and data collation from various sources
- Assist in various management reporting activites
- Supply Demand database build-up and demand analysis vs Business Outlook
- Optimization of the regional silicon inventories
- Risk Inventory management
- Review & Manages Last Buy & End of Life Supplies for the Region
- Supports deployment for NPI, migration with Product Lines, Sourcing and operation team
- Support the sales plan together with the Customer Service community
- Graduate with at least 2 - 3 years working experience
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS applications (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power point)

Responsibilities:
- Data administration and data collation from various sources
- Assist in various management reporting activites
- Supply Demand database build-up and demand analysis vs Business Outlook
- Optimization of the regional silicon inventories (silicon supplies follow-up, multi-sourcing optimization, analysis of the sourced demand)
- Risk Inventory management
- Review & Manages Last Buy & End of Life Supplies for the Region
- Supports deployment for NPI, migration with Product Lines, Sourcing and operation team
- Support the sales plan together with the Customer Service community
Requirements:
- Graduate with at least 2 - 3 years working experience
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS applications (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power point).
- Mature and pleasant personality.
- Able to work with staffs of all levels.
- Strong co-ordination and meticulous skills.
