Job Description

Lead the design and execution of high-impact business development and sales strategies that align with our B2B growth objectives and north star metrics. This role will be responsible for unlocking new use cases for GoCorp partnership models, identifying scalable service opportunities, and improving execution through structured, data-informed initiatives. You will play a key role in exploring new revenue levers, refining go-to-market frameworks, and delivering measurable value to clients. In the first six months, this role will focus on opportunity validation, partnership expansion, and actionable planning to drive sustainable growth.

  • Create sales playbooks and go-to-market plans – Translate strategy into clear execution frameworks tailored for B2B offerings.
  • Explore new B2B use cases – Identify innovative applications of GoCorp models across industries and client segments.
  • Evaluate new service opportunities – Assess potential new service layers that add value to existing or prospective B2B clients.
  • Monitor and improve strategic sales performance – Track execution, identify barriers, and implement iterations to improve impact.
  • Conduct opportunity assessments – Analyze feasibility and potential of growth initiatives from strategic and operational angles.
  • Build business cases – Structure insights and proposals into sound business justifications to support internal alignment and investment.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations – Present insights and solutions to leadership to support informed decision-making.

About the Role:

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales strategy, or related strategic commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and validate new business or service use cases in a B2B environment.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a structured, outcome-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to execute business development initiatives and build scalable growth models.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly in fast-paced or evolving environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in Account Management will be an advantage.
