Job Description

Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the commercial activities of the regional sales representative team, ensuring goal achievement through authorized distributors. Promote the positioning of English and French courses in educational institutions in the region. Responsible for implementing the sales model in the different stages of the commercial plan.
Must Have:
  • Completed bachelor's degree (administration, marketing or related)
  • Office suite proficiency
  • Intermediate English (B2)
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales team supervision
  • Experience in indirect sales or through distributors (preferably in educational or publishing sector)
  • Knowledge of the educational sector
  • Leadership and team management
  • Strategic planning and results orientation
  • Effective and assertive communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical ability, decision making, and conflict management
  • Proficiency in digital tools and CRM
  • Time self-management

Position Objective

Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the commercial activities of the regional sales representative team, ensuring goal achievement through authorized distributors. Promote the positioning of English and French courses in educational institutions in the region. Responsible for implementing the sales model in the different stages of the commercial plan.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and follow-up in the most representative schools in each area, as well as with distributors and booksellers.
  • Establish goals and monitor performance indicators.
  • Train and motivate the team in promotion and negotiation strategies.
  • Analyze market behavior and propose commercial strategies.
  • Maintain constant communication with management for reports and objective alignment.
  • Provide information to management about competitor strategies.
  • Authorization of sample material requests that are not within the budget assigned to the area (prior analysis and evaluation by management).
  • Prepare periodic reports, both on their own work and that of the representatives.
  • Monitoring and analysis of adoption reports.
  • Expense supervision.
  • Monitoring compliance with representatives' activities according to the phases of the commercial plan.
  • Market knowledge (product, competition, customers).
  • Review and follow-up on information capture in CRM and physical formats used by the commercial network in their daily activity.
  • Review and validation of adoptions by each representative in their area.
  • Mastery of the main functions of the representatives.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

Essential/Exclusive:
