The Oil and Gas vertical focuses on payments for electricity, oil/petrol, and gas bills, primarily dealing with petrol stations and other retail businesses, managing end-to-end sales and operations. The role involves developing business strategies and sales goals, fostering a culture of success, managing sales teams, operations, and resources for growth, defining sales force structure, hiring and developing sales staff, and implementing training programs to support company objectives. Key responsibilities include managing customer expectations to ensure high satisfaction, defining sales processes for desired outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement. The position requires handling assigned territories in the Oil and Gas sector, demonstrating good communication and leadership skills, and optional knowledge of Excel.
