Job Description

As a Salesforce BA - Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce transformations. This involves creating frameworks, establishing best practices, and leading project teams. You will work on projects related to Sales, Service, and Experience clouds, and should have experience with Visual Force pages, Lightning Web components, and Apex programming. You will also be involved in integrating third-party systems with Salesforce. You will be contributing to the entire development cycle and identifying opportunities for optimization and redesign. The role requires adapting to changing needs in a multi-vendor environment and staying current on new Salesforce features.
Must have:
  • 9+ years of overall experience.
  • 6+ years Architecting, creating frameworks/best practices.
  • Implementation experience of 4-5 Salesforce projects.
  • Expertise with Sales, Service, and Experience clouds.
  • Strong experience with Visual Force, LWC, Apex programming.
  • Experience with integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce.
Good to have:
  • Additional skills like SFS, CPQ, OMS, Omnistudio.
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform and governor limits.

Job Description

  • Overall Experience: 9+ Yrs.

  • At least 6+ Years Architecting, creating frameworks/best practices, leading, designing and implementation of Salesforce transformations.

  • Implementation experience of 4-5 Salesforce projects preferably on different Salesforce clouds.

  • Expertise with Sales, Service and Experience clouds.

  • Additional skills like SFS, CPQ, OMS, Omnistudio will be an advantage.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, features and governor limits.

  • Strong Experience working with Visual Force pages, Lightning Web components, Apex programming required.

  • Strong Experience working with integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce and various web technologies like SOAP/REST preferred.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Developing high quality, scalable customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, requirements and company goals.

  • Contributing to the entire development cycle (analysis, design, code, test, initial pilot/production launch, deploy and production support).

  • Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign and development.

  • Should be able to work in a multi-vendor environment and able to adapt to the changing needs.

  • Staying current on new Salesforce features and functionality and provides recommendations for process improvements.
