Job Description

The Salesforce Transformation and Strategy Analyst will lead Salesforce transformation projects for the Business Aviation Training (BAT) division, focusing on deployment and evolution. This role also involves supporting strategic initiatives like market expansion, innovation, and M&A activities across the BAT division. It requires strong project management, strategic thinking, analytical, and process improvement skills to deliver transformational initiatives collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Must have:
  • Oversee Salesforce transformation project, introducing new features, analysing and implementing required process changes, change management, continuous prioritization of business requirements.
  • Develop and enforce the governance, tracking, and accountability specific to the Salesforce transformation project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are translated into technology requirements, prioritized and technology supports the defined processes.
  • Support strategic data analysis and recommendations for market, customer and competitor analysis for decision support and to drive strategic objectives for the business unit.
  • Support BAT executive reporting for monthly business reviews, quarterly investor activities and Board of Directors reporting requirements.
  • Support various strategic internal projects including M&A activities with strategic evaluation & analyses, Develop, supporting BAT’s vision & objectives.
  • University degree in relevant field.
  • More than 5 years of experience involving project management, strategic analysis and governance.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills as well as business acumen.
  • Knowledge in market analysis, market segmentation, market strategy, and competitive positioning.
  • Capable of distilling complex problems into concise and compelling recommendations for decision making.
  • Talent for building relationships and alignment across a variety of stakeholders and organization levels, teamwork oriented.

About This Role

Salesforce Transformation and Strategy Analyst will have 2 main mandates:

  • Lead a salesforce transformation project for the continued deployment and evolution of Salesforce within the Business Aviation Training (BAT) division and
  • Support and manage further strategic initiatives and governance across the BAT division, such as market expansion, innovation, operational excellence or M&A activities.

This role requires strong project management, strategic thinking, analytics, and process improvement skills. The successful candidate acts as a consultant to the organization, ensuring the successful delivery of transformational initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Be ready for the following responsibilities

  • Oversee Salesforce transformation project, introducing new features, analysing and implementing required process changes, change management, continuous prioritization of business requirements, etc.
  • Develop and enforce the governance, tracking, and accountability specific to the Salesforce transformation project
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Technology, Revenue Management and others to ensure business objectives are translated into technology requirements, prioritized and technology supports the defined processes
  • Support strategic data analysis and recommendations for market, customer and competitor analysis for decision support and to drive strategic objectives for the business unit
  • Support BAT executive reporting for monthly business reviews, quarterly investor activities and Board of Directors reporting requirements
  • Support various strategic internal projects including M&A activities with strategic evaluation & analyses, Develop, supporting BAT’s vision & objectives.

Requirements

  • University degree in relevant field. Masters preferred
  • More than 5 years of experience involving project management, strategic analysis and governance
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills as well as business acumen
