1. Responsible for the daily maintenance of all scene assets within the project, ensuring that resource content is correct and error-free;
2. Responsible for resolving daily branch merge conflicts and other resource-related issues, collecting relevant information and synchronizing with relevant personnel in a timely manner;
3. Merge resources into various branches according to project requirements, ensuring correct paths, resource formats, and content;
4. Understand and judge relevant bugs involving scene assets, accelerate the problem-solving process, and ensure correct performance of the final product on the actual machine;
1. Experience in resource management or project management, familiar with Unity3D workflow, proficient in 3D production and engine-related work;
2. Strong problem-solving ability, with the ability to judge problems that need to be solved;
3. Strong learning ability, meticulous, good at learning and summarizing, willing to share, strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills;
4. High sensitivity and understanding of R&D processes and collaboration;
5. Possess certain modeling ability to handle bugs; familiarity with the following software is a plus: 3dmax/Maya, Zbrush/Mudbox, Substance Designer/Painter, Quixel suit, Photoshop, etc.;
