Nissan is seeking a Section Manager - Sales & Aftersales Planning in Saudi Arabia. This role involves developing and managing carflow for China models, supporting yearly business plans, managing order take and tracking, overseeing vehicle arrivals and logistics, and reporting sales performance. The manager will also handle parts ordering, inventory, shipping, and delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience, a degree in business administration, and strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

  • Report on parts inventories and order efficiency.
  • Resolve issues in parts ordering and shipping processes.
  • Manage daily parts ordering and shipping cycles.
  • 4-6 years professional experience in related field.

We are now looking for a Section Manager - Sales & Aftersales Planning to join Nissan in Saudi Arabia.

How can you contribute and have an impact?

  • Develop & manager carflow for China models (Venucia)
  • Support in developing yearly BP
  • Manage order take
  • Track orders at plant side
  • Place orders on behalf of NSCs
  • Manage and track vehicles arrivals and logistics
  • Report sales by model, by channel, by NSC
  • Dealer regular visits to audit and report showroom conditions and performance
  • Report performance on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Prepare slides for the performance meeting
  • Competitors’ regular visits to track competitive performance and pricing
  • Manage the ordering of parts by coordinating with MPS and NSC to determine and handle their parts requirements
  • Create and keep accurate records for your parts inventory to ensure that your stock levels are always kept at a healthy level
  • Work along with the MPS and NSC to make sure that all parts orders are filled in the allotted amount of time
  • Ensure that all orders are fulfilled on schedule and in good condition by overseeing the shipping and delivery of components to customers and dealerships
  • Report on parts inventories, order fulfilment, and shipment efficiency on a regular basis to the management team
  • Identify and resolve any issues with the parts ordering and shipping process, working with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions
  • Manage the day-to-day parts ordering and shipping cycles, providing guidance, support, and training where necessary

What are we looking for:

  • 4-6 years of experience at a professional level in related field
  • A degree in business administration or a related field, ideally a relevant master’s degree
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational, and analytical skills
  • Project Management skills
