Job Description

The Security Producer will coordinate cross-functional security projects, ensuring clear ownership and visibility of initiatives. This includes tracking progress using tools like Jira and Confluence, helping define priorities, and managing timelines for security-related tasks. The role involves working with external vendors (SOC, pentesters, auditors), supporting internal stakeholders, and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical participants. Collaboration with leadership to align security efforts with company goals, managing the security budget, and maintaining an overview of tooling costs are also crucial. The ideal candidate will be able to turn abstract risks into actionable items and possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Must have:

Your daily tasks: Coordinating cross-functional security projects across teams: Security, IT, Technology, DevOps, and Game Development. Ensuring visibility and clear ownership of ongoing security initiatives – risk mitigation, hardening, compliance, incident readiness. Tracking progress of tasks across tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and maintaining up-to-date documentation. Helping define priorities, timelines and resource needs for security-related work. Working with external vendors (e.g. SOC, pentesters, auditors, outsource) – scheduling, communication, deliverables. Supporting internal stakeholders by translating security needs into actionable steps aligned with production reality. Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical participants in security projects. Collaborating with leadership to align security efforts with company goals and risk tolerance. Maintaining an overview of security budget, tooling costs and licenses. Proven experience in project or production management, preferably in tech, gaming or cybersecurity-related domains. Excellent organizational and communication skills – you can chase people for updates without being annoying. Comfortable working with engineers, IT, legal and external vendors – and keeping everyone on the same page. Experience using modern project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Notion, Confluence, Miro). Ability to turn abstract risks or findings into clear action items with timelines and assignees. Sense of ownership and accountability – you follow things through. Very good command of English. Nice to have: Familiarity with information security concepts, compliance (e.g. ISO 27001), vulnerability management or incident response. Experience working in a game studio or creative production environment. Prior experience working with external auditors, pen testers or security vendors. Background in risk registers, security roadmaps or process documentation. Experience supporting teams in high-autonomy environments (Scrum/Kanban/Agile-ish).
