Must have:

How You’ll Make an Impact

As an Account Manager at Epsilon, you will be at the forefront of client engagement, ensuring their digital marketing needs are not just met but exceeded. By serving as the primary point of contact for clients, you will oversee the delivery of all campaigns, build and nurture relationships, and provide strategic media recommendations. Your ability to deliver data-driven insights and identify opportunities for optimization will directly contribute to the success of our clients' campaigns and the growth of their accounts. With a passion for digital innovation and a collaborative approach, you’ll play a critical role in transforming the way clients connect with their audiences.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Drive the success of digital marketing campaigns by coordinating resources, monitoring performance, and providing actionable insights to clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, becoming a go-to advisor for strategic media planning and implementation.
  • Oversee new campaign launches, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery by working closely with Media Delivery and other teams.
  • Deliver customized insights and reporting to agency teams, leveraging analytics to inform strategic decisions and campaign optimizations.
  • Serve as a key liaison across APAC Audience Media teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment on goals.
  • Champion innovation by challenging current attribution models and driving incremental growth for clients in the evolving digital landscape.

Who You Are

  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of account management or agency experience, with extensive knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS solutions.
