Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant, Revenue Accounting to join our global finance team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards across multiple regions, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving operational excellence in revenue recognition. Key responsibilities include leading global revenue accounting, ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing internal controls, supporting audits, and driving process improvements.
Must have:
  • Lead the global revenue accounting function across EMEA and APAC entities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, AR, Legal, and FP&A to review contracts.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal controls and documentation for revenue processes.
  • Support external audits and coordinate with auditors on revenue-related matters.
  • Support documentation in support of SEC financial disclosures.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and training to regional finance teams.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue accounting.
  • Deep understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards.
  • Experience working in a multi-national environment and managing cross-border teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across geographies.
Good to have:
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Zuora).
  • Familiarity with contract review and revenue forecasting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Deep understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards.
  • Experience working in a multi-national environment and managing cross-border teams.
